Sample Schedule
9am- facility open
9:30am - ground warmup
10am-12:30pm - rope class*
12:30-1:30 - break
1:30-3:30 - conditioning**
*Rope class will be part skill building and part choreography exploration. Pj will bring choreography to work with and we will spend time modifying it to meet needs and expand one's personal style.
**Conditioning will include straps and ground work, with an opportunity develop a personalized program throughout the week.
